1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳130
Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Bangladesh. Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via phone or SMS with delivery updates.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Political unrest or public holidays
8. Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be canceled.
9. Package Inspection
Customers are requested to check the package condition before accepting delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, please inform the delivery agent immediately.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
