1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Received a wrong product
- Product is expired or near expiry
2. Return Time Frame
All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
3. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Must be in original packaging with all labels intact
- Proof such as photo or unboxing video is required
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Opened skincare or cosmetic items
- Personal care items
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange instead of refund when possible, based on product availability.
7. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
